Kitchen Remodeling
The kitchen is where everyone ends up anyway, so it might as well work right.
We do everything from a quick refresh, new countertops, a fresh coat of paint on the cabinets, updated lighting, to a full gut where we're moving walls, rerouting plumbing, and starting from the studs. Custom cabinetry, quartz and stone counters, tile backsplashes, hardwood and LVP flooring, new appliances, the whole thing.
Our design consultant can tell you what's going to look great and what's going to be worth the money five years from now.
Most kitchens take 3-7 weeks start to finish. We'll give you a real timeline up front and stick to it.
Bathroom Remodeling
Old bathrooms are the worst. Rusted plumbing, cracked tile, a vanity that was probably installed 40 years ago. We've ripped out hundreds of them and we know what to look for.
Walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, double vanities, custom tile work, heated floors, new plumbing, new electrical. We handle it all under one roof, which means you're not chasing down three different contractors to get the job done.
If you've got an old Northland house, expect us to find a few surprises behind the walls. Plaster and lath, knob-and-tube wiring, drain pipes that should have been replaced thirty years ago. We'll show you what we find, tell you what it'll cost to fix, and never sneak it onto the bill.
A typical bathroom takes about 3 weeks start to finish. Larger primary baths or full additions take longer.
Home Interior
Beyond kitchens and baths, we do most of what makes the inside of a house feel finished.
Flooring, hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet. Trim and millwork. Interior doors. Built-ins and custom storage. Paint, both the walls and the ceilings most people forget about. Drywall repair after the kids and the dog have done their work. Basement finishing if you're trying to add a family room or a guest suite.

Home Exterior
The Northland is hard on houses. Long winters, heavy snow, lake-effect everything. The siding cracks, the trim rots, the deck boards lift, the roof flashing gives up.
We do siding, soffit, fascia, exterior trim, windows, and entry doors. We build new decks and rebuild old ones that have seen better days. We can frame and finish a covered porch or a four-season room if you want to actually use that view in February.
If something on the outside of your house is failing or just looks tired, walk us through it. We'll tell you what needs fixing now, what can wait, and what isn't worth the money.
